Interactive Color Wheel Picker
Use color wheel to find harmonious combinations, build beautiful palettes, and extract Hex, Tailwind, CSS & Figma codes for your design.
What is the Color Wheel Picker?
The color wheel picker is an interactive tool that helps designers choose color combinations that are visually pleasing. Quickly find the exact hues that map to classic geometric relationships, guaranteeing that the colors you select will contrast or blend well together in your SVG designs.
How to use the Wheel Picker
Simply drag any circle on color picker wheel. The other circles will automatically lock into place based on your chosen Harmony rule. If you're looking for a specific starting point, like a vibrant green color wheel theme, type your hex code into the input box or use interactive color picker to instantly snap the wheel into position.
Types of Wheel Harmonies
- Analogous: Colors that are next to each other on the color wheel. They usually match well and create serene and comfortable designs.
- Monochromatic: Different shades, tints, and tones of a single base hue.
- Triad: Colors that are evenly spaced around the color wheel. Triadic color harmonies tend to be quite vibrant, even if you use pale or unsaturated versions of your hues.
- Complementary: Colors that are opposite each other on the color wheel. This creates a high contrast, vibrant look that pops.
- Split complementary: A variation of the complementary color scheme that uses the base color and the two colors adjacent to its complement, offering high contrast with less visual tension.
- Square: Four colors spaced evenly around the color wheel, creating a rich, vibrant palette that balances warm and cool tones.
- Shades: Variations in the brightness or value of a single base hue, creating a smooth gradient from light to dark.
