Refund Policy

1. Digital Services

AnimGraphLab provides purely digital services. Upon successful payment for a "Pro" subscription, access to premium features (including but not limited to increased project limits, advanced nodes, and watermark-free exports) is activated immediately on your account.

2. No Refunds

All sales are final. Currenntly, we do not offer refunds for partial use of subscriptions or for change of mind.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right of withdrawal once the performance of the service has begun (i.e., once your account status is upgraded to "Pro").

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription auto-renewal at any time from your Account Settings page.

• If you cancel, your premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing period (month or year, depending on your plan).
• After the current billing period ends, your account will revert to the "Free" plan, and you will not be charged again.
• We do not provide prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions.

4. Payment Issues

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, duplicate charges), please contact our support team immediately.
