Terms of Service

1. Your Agreement

By using AnimGraphLab (the "Service"), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AnimGraphLab is a web-based procedural vector graphics tool that allows you to create, save, and share visual projects. The Service is currently in an "Alpha" stage, which means it is still under development and may contain bugs or undergo significant changes.

3. User Accounts

You need an account to save projects to the cloud and use features like sharing. You can create an account directly with an email and password or by using a third-party authentication provider like Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We are not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. If you use Google Sign-In, you also agree to comply with the Google Terms of Service.

4. Your Content

  • Your Content, Your Rights: You retain full ownership and copyright of all projects and illustrations you create using the Service. AnimGraphLab claims no intellectual property rights over your work. All creations, including those made on the free plan, can be used for commercial purposes.

    For users on the free plan, we require attribution when you share your work publicly. This requirement is waived for all paid members. The attribution should be provided in one of the following ways:
    • Visual Media (Images): The credit "@AnimGraphLab" must be visibly present on the work itself.
    • Written Content (Articles/Posts): Include a mention of "@AnimGraphLab" in the accompanying text.
    • Video/Audio Content: Provide a verbal credit or include "@AnimGraphLab" in the description or on-screen credits.
    • Other: For any other use, include "@AnimGraphLab" credit in a manner that is reasonable and customary for that medium.
    Compliance: Failure to provide the required attribution as outlined above is considered a breach of these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to request that you add the credit or, for repeated non-compliance, to suspend your account.
  • Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. You agree not to upload or create any content that infringes on any third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights) or is otherwise illegal.
  • License for Public Content: When you "Publish" or "Share" a project, you grant AnimGraphLab a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. This includes allowing other users to view and copy your public projects into their own workspace. You can revoke this license at any time by making your project private.
  • Gallery Submissions: If you enable the "Allow this project to be featured in the public gallery" option, you grant us an additional, perpetual license to display that specific project in our gallery. If selected, a copy of your project will be stored for this purpose. This means the gallery copy will remain visible even if you later un-publish or delete the original project from your workspace. 5. Premium Features and Payments

Certain features of the Service are available only to users with an active premium subscription, purchased directly on our website.

Payment Processing

We use Monobank as our payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Monobank's Terms of Service. While prices for our premium features are displayed in United States Dollars (USD), all transactions are processed in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH) at the current conversion rate. By making a purchase, you agree to this currency conversion.

These premium features may include, but are not limited to:

  • Increased limits on the number of projects and presets.
  • Access to advanced node features and settings.
  • The ability to remove watermarks from exports.
  • Higher resolution exports for raster images (JPG, PNG, WEBP).

If your subscription becomes inactive, your access to premium features will be revoked.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any activity that could harm the Service or its users. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to reverse-engineer the Service, uploading malicious content, or spamming.

7. Analytics

To understand and improve Service, we use a privacy-focused analytics tool Umami to collect, analyze anonymous usage data that does not track your visits across different websites. For more detailed information on what data is collected, please see our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, if you violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which will remove your account data from our servers.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS," without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall AnimGraphLab be liable for any damages, including loss of data, arising out of the use or inability to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your local project data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will do our best to notify you of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
